When is the best time to visit Vietnam?

Tickets are available can be booked via our Booking Page, hotline, at Hanoi Railway Station, or through WhatsApp/Zalo.
Do I need to book in advance?
We accept online bank transfers, credit cards and cash payments at our office.
When will I receive my ticket?
After completing payment, you will receive an e-voucher via email. Please present this voucher during check-in to collect your boarding pass at the station (no printed copy is required)
Can I change my cabin after booking?
Certainly. We’re happy to accommodate changes to your journey when availability permits. Please note that fare differences and modification fees may apply. Our guest services team will be delighted to guide you through our flexible Booking Policy.
